What If There’s A Dispute?

Jun 16, 2022 | Payment Issues

Don’t Worry – We’ve Got Your Buck!

One of the most common questions we get is “what happens if there’s a dispute?”. Firstly, disputes are far less common for Upfront Pay users because clients actually have the money to pay. So the only reason for a dispute is the job itself – and on the other hand we’re not a service shonky tradies would use.

If there is a dispute, Upfront pay will hold the funds safely until both of you agree on payment. If you can’t sort things out yourselves, we’ll wait on the adjudication decision. These decisions can take time, so if you need it Upfront Pay can release a part payment, you just need to agree on the amount, send us an email and we’ll take it from there.
